[Feature] Add COUNT DISTINCT as an aggregation type to Fact Metrics

Description of Feature

We should allow COUNT DISTINCT in Fact Metrics even though it can cause complications for re-aggregating in a pipeline.

We should allow COUNT DISTINCT over fact metric column, including identifier types, but probably not the key timestamp column.
