Release a new version on crates.io

Our team relies on spirv_cross for a production project, and we found that need some new APIs such as https://github.com/grovesNL/spirv_cross/commit/b08d2730a4b426b7524bce5e5101a4c88ca7aae6.

Having this commit included in an official release would greatly facilitate our workflow, ensuring that we can use this update through standard distribution channels. This will also help us maintain the integrity and stability of our project dependencies.

I suggest you take a look at https://crates.io/crates/spirv-cross2, although, fair warning, this exposes a much different API than spirv_cross.
