Feature Request - Push Alert as an Endpoint

Greenscreen is awesome! I was wondering if it would be possible to expose pushing alerts as a REST endpoint so that external apps, can create an alert ans display it on every Chromecast.

This feature will be handy in local apps, that want to push a Public Announcement.
