Issue with admin mode when the bot is turned off

Describe the bug I was doing some testing with admin mode. If the bot is turned off, and a non superadmin adds the bot to a group, then the bot turns on, it will act as if a superadmin added it to the group.

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable GB_ADMIN_MODE=true
2. Turn off bot
3. Get non superadmin to add to group
4. Turn on bot
5. Make non-super admin do commands, or make bot an admin
6. It doesn't care, and still stays in the group

Expected behavior Bot should realise it has been added to a new group by someone who is not a super admin, and remove itself.
