looper and polyphony

Hello, first of all thanks a lot for your fantastic modules.

Lately I use a lot looper as polyphonic recorder and I would love to have one more option, I try to explain:

-when you record in the first channel 5 seconds of sound (for example), all the other channel will be also 5 seconds; but if you record in the 2nd channel during 15 seconds you will have superpose 3 times 5 seconds... My wish would be:

1. the possibility to have only the last 5 seconds of the recording (length of 1st channel). this would permit to play few times till we are happy and to keep the last version (and the best one).
2. the other possibility ( I think more easy for you, but less practical for me ) would be to have a kind of "end of cycle" based on the first channel who would permit to stop the recording of other channel at the end of the first channel.
