Sorry, these screenshots show the settings Android about screen which doesn't tell me which ROM this is. Also, the screenshot from Seedvault is about backup scheduling, not the about screen....

What ROM and what Seedvault version are you using? Can you post a screenshot of seedvault settings with no way to disable app backups?
Do you have a screenshot of the restore page? I'd be curious to see how this error is reported to the user. Have you ever used more than one recovery...
