Upgrade target Android SDK level to 35

SDK version 35 will probably be required from 31 August 2025, see here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/11926878

That's why upgrading in advance will make future upgrades easier :)

I am happy with F-Droid. Not willing to waste time on Googles ever changing requirements...
