The things in the map are not clickable. Have you tried to long-tap a location?

that then shows as $UNKNOWN_POINT$ in the routing, perhaps it should snap to the closest address?

There's no "magic snapping". It already uses the reverse geocoder of your phone to find an address/name for the place. Can you try in another location? Do you get $UNKNOWN_POINT$ everywhere? Does $UNKNOWN_POINT$ show already after long-tap or only later on?

Thanks for the screenshots. They show that my reverse geocoder works as expected. However, the TLEM API doesn't handle custom places well. You can try to open an issue with public-transport-enabler library to see if the TlemProvider can be improved to handle it. But I wouldn't put much hope into that.
