feature: easy paste clipboard from blitznote dialog

Sometimes I have things in the clipboard, which I somehow didn't share when I should have. Bringing up the BlitzNote dialog, I can long-press the input-line and tap paste.

Though it would be very convenient if there was a button which would do that paste for me, and I'd just tap that and then send.

Alternatively it could automatically paste anything in the clipboard into the input-line, keeping it selected so it can be easily overwritten.

This android junior have not managed to to setText on the editview yet... any clues? :)

Hey grote, I quickly did a build with compile- and targetSdk set to 29, and tried in a couple of emulators. But perhaps there are more things to do before getting out a new release...
