Maybe we should check for duplicated project ID?

We have a FRR appliance but to run with Qemu/KVM: https://github.com/GNS3/gns3-registry/blob/master/appliances/frr.gns3a We could update it to add v10.1.3 and also create a new appliance for Docker.
I have created the appliance however I could not get a prompt:  Any idea?
