Issue with URL to Eclipse Update Site

There seems to be an issue with the URL to the update site or an issue with the update site itself (https://www.certiv.net/updates). Accessing the site (or any path on the server, for that matter), keeps redirecting to itself.

Currently changing domain registrars. Problem should clear in a day to two.
