PAGE HEADER - Remove global header placeholder from examples and update toolbar

Where is this fix needed? https://design-system.hpe.design/components/pageheader

Expected Behaviour There's no need for a global header placeholder when it's not adding to the context. The toolbar on examples in this page is also using weird icon buttons.
