Should we have a `color.text.emphasis` and `fontWeight.emphasis`?

For areas we don't have component specific tokens for, we've found a pattern where text is "emphasized" and it might be helpful to abstract this to a semantic token.

For example, in previous versions of the theme, this was weight="bold" and color="text", but now it's weight={500} and color="text-strong".

Having a semantic token for that would remove need for manual remapping in future since the token name is more tied to the purpose rather than the "look".
