Build page layout with Tailwind

Build these 2 pages using Tailwind HPE Design tokens: https://www.figma.com/design/6jIlhmjbSrRiwI3TkLLRv8/Decisions-Tokens---Alpha?node-id=2559-48184&t=NJN3VWe6OPuF5j29-4

Can be built with Tailwind + Chadcn, or whatever combination of component library + tailwind is desired (as long as it's not Grommet).

The "Charts" might be the most difficult piece of this, so prioritize the rest of the page content first.

Deliverables:

  • [ ] 2 pages built out, provide a link to a github repo of project if possible
  • [ ] List of anything that did not work, could be improved in tokens, etc.
