APP HEADER - Create component in Figma Library

Who is requesting this? (add contact details here) Edna had questions about where to add the app logo and @julauxen also noticed while scanning the Design System Website that this component exists but not in our Figma libraries.

What is the problem this ask is trying to solve? There's an App Header in guidance that does not exist in our Figma Library.
