Populate semantic t-shirt sizes for content, radius, spacing, and border

• [ ] We have populated with the current values, but there isn't a consistent t-shirt size range across all those categories, so we need to decide on what that range will be and how to remap values if necessary (if we want them all to have the same range)

For example, radius + spacing have "hair" and "xxsmall" currently, but border does not.
