Re-evaluate Box, Grid & Main

Currently external library files the components Box, Grid & Main are representing concepts that are suited to Grommt, but provide little to no value in Figma.

Discuss with the team how to improve the connection between these concepts and figma, are they better suited styles/tokens/frames

Should they be templates? Should they be unpublished? Do we need guidance in figma, or just a "Dumb" component that points to guidance/grommet.
