Map our stakeholder groups and analyse their power and interest, putting them within their right category: Manage Closely, Keep Informed and Satisfied, Anticipate and Meet Needs, Keep Regular Minimal Contact.

I had a meeting with Scott about it and got a good direction. I am working on a ppt file where we will add all of our stakeholders details and working on a figjam board that I will send to a bunch of contacts he shared with me. I am working very closely with him and getting feedback. Figjam here. Ppt here.

Unsure if this is the correct ticket to add to but if you can point me to where the study we're looking to conduct, I can add it there. I chose this one as I saw a FigJam file with some similarities to one i've previously created with the research team.
