Create saved view pattern
Crate a design flow that allows a user to customise, name, save & edit a custom view within the data collection toolbar.
Problem As a user when interacting with data sets I would like to be able to customise how i view, and retain any filters or settings that I have chosen,

Saved preferences : Allow a user to select a saved version of a view which may combine a "find" function and/or "customize" function.

Talked to GLP team on this: Use cases involve:

- Want to have presets of sorts and filters applied for quick downloading of the report.
- Want to have presets of sorts and filters to view a custom view.

- Want to have a set of services/ products that I use regularly as a view.

Hey @SeamusLeonardHPE I talked with Harsha today and he was not sure about picking this task for now, he will be back with discussion with Marina on the requirement. He also mentioned that we can start working on it once he comes up with solid requirement.
