GLCP Contribution - Meter

There is a need to utilize the Meter component within GLCP. I'm attaching the Figma file and a screen shot below to get a better understanding of what is needed and what is being created.''I have advised GLCP to utilize what is already in Grommet.

The meter component is still being worked on by Sylvia as she's exploring where some of the elements included on the meter should go as well as color utilization based on DS guidance.
