Process - Develop an ambassador program

Currently, the HPE Design System team follows a centralized model where our core team creates components and establishes usage guidelines/ best practices for other teams. As the org grows and the dependencies on the Design System increase, we need a way to scale sustainably.

What if we shifted towards a hybrid model (centralized + decentralized)? Training DS 'ambassadors' will empower DS evangelists across the org, while bringing our team closer to different perspectives and user needs.
