integration with Figma

Hi. I love that Grommet integrates with Sketch, Figma and other design tools. I had a question:

After downloading and editing the Grommet Figma file, what's next? Is that exportable to be consumed by Grommet so that each component gets translated into a code component? How do teams normally flow from design to real component library, updating etc?
