Highlight new components on the components page

There could be a dynamic section at the top of the components page when new components are displayed. If there are no new components the section doesn't appear.

An alternative to this could be putting a new tag on the component tile on the components page.

This ticket is specific to the grommet site, we should leave this open since the intern project only touched the design system site
