For markdown component add a link to markdown spec

I see a lot of value in the markdown component, but I am always forgetting markdown syntax. Please add a link to the definitive syntax implemented for this component. If I use google, I can find markdown pages, but they don't seem to always agree with each other. Worse, the syntax often doesn't work in the markdown component (opened a grommet issue for this too).
