Allow importing direct changes in Grafana dashboards into Legend YAML objects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Developers for ease of use end up modifying grafana dashboards directly. But when the k8s manifest for legend is applied, the changes get lost. At a later point of time, we might also have a reconciler that will autoamtically purge changes that are not in the legend object in the cluster.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have a way to detect the diff between what is in the yaml object and what the grafana dashboard looks like. and then be able to import the changes in the YAML file. This will make the experience of modifying dashboards easy while making sure that everything is still in sync with the git-way of working.
