Annotation diff doesn't show correct revisions

When clicking on "diff" from the annotation gutter, the diff display is usually very wrong. For moved or integrated files, it shows a "files are the same" even if they were different in the source. For edited files, it shows the before version as having no content.

In release 0.10, this is now showing only "Can not load data to show diff" in the diff view.
