Add hardware lock for g923 (if possible)

From what I understand, the process of enabling the Hardware Lock feature for the Logitech g923 should be similar or identical to enabling it for the older g29. Unfotunately, I have no expirience working with such things, so I can't do it on my own and submit a pull request. If the process is as simple as I think, could someone, please, try and do it. If it isn't, I'll just close the issue.
