Custom themes for Content Manager

This video that you posted in 2016 shows custom theme support for Content Manager. As someone who tries to get just about every app I use to match the colour schemes that I like, I was wondering if this was still accurate? Is there some sort of guide that you can give to people who want to make custom themes for the app?

Yes this is still possible.

The guide is that short video, nothing else is documented..

I see. Not a lot to work with considering I don't know XAML... and also trying to copy the code given in the video results in this error
