please consider generating --id

Hi,

to make selection of grml-rescueboot entries easier, it would be great if there were an --id stanza on the generated menuentries. Debian's grub scripts use a variable called $menuentry_id_option here, which I have not yet fully understood, but it would probably be a good idea to adapt to this convention.
