Clean up and document .Xresources file

While working on grml/grml-desktop#6 + grml/grml-desktop#7 I did quite some research on the .Xresources file.

I noticed quite a few obsolete/redundant lines that need further investigation.

We should go through each of these lines and clean up the config file as much as possible.
