Use GH test-build.yml workflow with repacking ISOs for our daily builds

Coming from https://github.com/grml/grml-live/issues/312, this was noted only with our .github/workflows/test-build.yml workflow, but not in our daily ISO builds, as we don't repack the ISO there. Would make sense to bring the release closer to our daily builds, by also repacking the ISO there.
