This requires, in particular, coping with iframe being considered a different origin, so that all communication is done using postMessage. Fixes #7
From some applications (e.g. Gmail and Slack OSX Desktop app), anchors on the home page are broken. This is because they turn two consecutive hashes (`##`) into the second one...

Hello, I really like this theme, but I found a major issue for me: the [mkdocs metadata](http://www.mkdocs.org/user-guide/custom-themes/#pagemeta) are not accessible for pages except for the main page.
