[Feature Request] Enter Twitch API details in the app itself

I feel like this project would be more accessible to end users if it had the ability to enter your Twitch / IGDB API credentials somewhere after the application starts, rather than having to specify them in the properties file or in the docker compose file.

Currently, Gameyfin crashes if no API credentials are entered or found. For example, here.

Maybe this could be entered on and maintained in a tab in the admin section? Maybe directory scans would be disabled until these are entered / validated?

An overhaul of the admin section is already planned (although I did not create an issue yet) and your specific request is described in this comment: https://github.com/grimsi/gameyfin/issues/64#issuecomment-1288081783

I will leave this issue open to track any progress on this topic.
