v2.0 Rewrite and Requesting Maintainers

Description

This issue focuses on considering a full rewrite of the library and requesting faithful maintainers to give proper care on a library I made just to explore Deno at the time. While I'd like to maintain this, unfortunately I don't really use Deno both personally and professionally, so I think it's best for anyone who would like to help around (or even take ownership) of this library to better hands.

Why consider a rewrite

• Deno has evolved significantly over the years, and this library was made in the early days of Deno which might have legacy packages and conventions
• Oversight on how I architected the package which results in improper handling of args/options #7 #11
