This may be a dumb question but how do I get past this error? I have the latest VLC software but don't want to downgrade to v2.1.5 Not sure how to get active x. Check out the images. Thanks a lot. vlcerrorindex errorvlcactivex

You need to use the VLC setup .exe, not the zip
