Notifications Glitches

I haven't received a notification in the past 3 days and some entries I have worked on have had modifications made to them. So the notifications seem to be down.

Also, opting into a notification seems to be temporary. When I click the cog to opt in to a notification and check the box, the box is no longer checked when I go back to the page.

I have a video I can send by slack if that would help.
