Variant activity log inconsistencies

After accepting a suggested revision for a variant, I noticed a few inconsistencies in the log. Under the Log tab the most recent activity is the submitted revision, but I think it should have an event for the revision being applied. Also, just under the variant title/name it says last reviewed by me, which is correct, but it also says last commented on by me, but there are no comments for this variant.
