Kapt doesn't generate code for @IntoMap

@blackberry2016 Thanks for letting me know - it could be a known problem or other issue e.g https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-13619 but I will try and replicate here. If it's generating a build error then please paste in any stack-trace output. Could be related to in/out generic types in your code declarations.
