Unable to Load M4V in Sidebar

Have processed a bunch of MP4's no worries but got stumped on one, running Version 1.0.beta-49 (19.06.19.11.d5e7d11) on Mac 10.15 Catalina.

When dragging the file into the sidebar, get the following in the log, and a Circular loader in the sidebar that never completes its progress, and file never appears there.

I have the same issue with 1.0 beta-49 since I upgraded to Catalina last month. I've done a little digging in my logs and couldn't see anything directly pointing to an issue that's causing the app to freeze. After a lot to testing different options and settings, I narrowed it down to the Preference option "Enable auto-search". Unchecking this option allows the MetaZ to work properly for me. It's a slight inconvenience, but it's better than nothing. On the upside, TV show seasons don't require MetaZ to search for each episode since the search windows keeps the episodes for that season in the search list until you manually search again (it's actually faster this way for TV show seasons).

This makes sense to me since MetaZ freezes adding files or looking up a file's tag in a long list of files that need tagging. Hopefully this is good direction to start troubleshooting further. So far this has been a fix for me with TV shows. BTW, I only work on one season at a time in MetaZ to eliminate further freezing. It's easy for MetaZ to freeze if you work with too many files at a time, but now I'm starting to see it's because of auto-search.
