Update Fails

I am using Version 1.0.beta-37 (18.03.29.02.2ee8a48). It seems to be running fine in High Sierra 10.13.5, but when I try and check for updates, I get this window:

You might have gotten a bad update and now need to manually download the latest version from https://metaz.io

After that updating should work again.
