scrolled Widgets at bottom jump to h=1 if the they are resized

Subject of the issue

Widgets at the bottom of the grid are resized directly to their minimum height if the they are minimized in a scrollable container

Your environment

• gridstack: v8.3.0
• Chorme / Windows 11

Steps to reproduce

You can reproduce the issue using the demo here

1. Enlarge card number 5 to make the container scroll
2. Minimize the card a bit, it will go directly to the minimum row height instead of reaching there gradually
3. Here is a GIF showing the issue:

Expected behavior

Minimizing the card should be gradual if the card is at the bottom of a scrollable container
