Workflow improvement suggestions

I know it's probably annoying, from a tracking point of view, to have one ticket for all of these, but I thought maybe you prefer this to dozens of new issue tickets.

• Double-click to reset dial & slider parameter to original value
• ~~Backspace to delete - No access to 'Delete' key on some laptops (E.g. MacBook, Ctrl-Backspace doesn't work). Bulk deletion not possible.~~
• Play Note when note is added/changed on Piano Roll for easy note preview when arranging melodies
• ~~Ability to change pitch by semitones and cents. Shift-drag dial? Especially in synth to create slightly detuned waves.~~
• Ability to disable/enable Oscillators
• Ability to disable/enable Notes on Composition & Piano Roll
