CPU percentage display and graphical representation are apparently borked

The container station is apparently using more CPU resources than what it has.

Even the docker stats command results in CPU usage notifications that are greater than 100%, so I think this is a normal occurrence that would not require any fixing measures. Though exploring the reasons why this is happening is needed.
