Active querying from NVIDIA website to fetch the list of supported cards

Scrape the NVIDIA website during the installer initialization and fetch the card names which are officially supported by NVIDIA.

P.S. I think it would be better off to be done from the RPMFusion website if they maintain a list of supported cards for their proprietary NVIDIA drivers.
