WIP - initial cuda repos fedora version selection method added

We can install multiple version of cuda repos and latest driver will be exist, and as for the cuda libs itself, They can co-exists so won't be a problem at all.

Since this change make lines too long, I had to do some force push changes

Based on this MR, we can create a list for proper cuda versions for full cuda libs/tool installation and each of them approx. 2GB of size used (depends on cuda changes this may be vary so this number is not completely true but just an approx number)

I kept oldest fedora version 32 because one before 29 and It just too old. So I skip it.
