Helpers break when Exslt extensions aren't available

Umbraco 7 removed the Exslt.NET library, which affects all helpers that use any of these extensions; currently the Pagination Helper has been reported in #31 to suffer from this. Will check others as time permits...

UPDATE: Based on a simple search for Exslt. in the source, Media Helper, Calendar Helper and Pagination Helper seems to be affected by this.
