FIO names need to be displayed instead of account names

This is a pretty widespread chain and may require the creation of a reusable "account name" component.

The display name of an account, as shown in the red rectangle in the screenshot below, needs to potentially show your FIO@NAME alongside it or in place of it.

Various areas of the app will need to be evaluated for where this alternative name is displayed.
