Anchor has encountered an error

Hi i just buy from google play anchor wallet and is not working i can t see my private key or too make backup just say permission active but that is all i not make any transaction just i buy and it was error in wallet creation, is working just in watch mode, i try too make backup but i wait for couple houers now can help me please or wallet is lost, at account details qhebe.gm and network is EOS.

Did you go through the process of creating the Owner Key Certificate? That certificate contains your owner key, which you can use to setup other devices.

Yes it was first thing what i doo but like export private key I wait to some happend but none is stuck in "Encrypting your private key" screen forever like i say nothing happend and export private key is stuck in "loading your private key".

Sorry you experienced this issue after buying your account. It sounds like the enclave didn't import the key properly for some reason. Have you been able to import any other keys on this device using anchor?

Is first time when I using anchor, my phone is Aquaris X5 /Android 7.1.2.
