Which version of Anchor - desktop/iOS/Android?

One of the first things I'd recommend trying is logging out of the external application (whatever website you're using) and log back in. Often times this will reestablish that connection and make it work.

If that doesn't work however, we'll just need more information to be able to reproduce and troubleshoot the issue. What site are you using, which browser, which operating system, and any other relevant information you can pass along.

I am also facing this issue, where the sign window doesn't appear by itself after the DAPP shows the "Please open your Anchor Wallet" dialog. and I have to click the "Sign manually or with another device" button.

System Info

Anchor version: v1.2.6 OS: Windows 64-bit Browsers used: Chrome & Brave

Steps to reproduce

  1. go to a website/dapp and login
  2. start a transaction (and wait for the little dialog to start the counter)

at this point the signing window should appear, which it doesn't (sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't)

I've also noticed that some signing requests (that don't appear automatically) appear when I quit (CTRL+Q) Anchor and reopen it.

PS: I'm using Anchor with the WAX blockchain mainnet

So were you able to solve this problem?
