EDNA not showing up in UX account under Manage Tracked Tokens

My EDNA isn't displaying in my UX wallet. I've added the token, so it shows that it exists. But I get the ... for the amount.

For UX Network wallet I'm also seeing the balances to the right are reflecting my EOS balance (I do have an EOS account with the same account name).

Which version are you using? I think we resolved some of these balance issues in 1.2.3.

The WAX issue seems resolved.

I do have the current version. I just opened it again and now it's not showing EOS. It's just on the right side that it showed it too. I'll keep an eye on it.

The EDNA still isn't showing though.

Hi Aaron, Are you able to comment on the EDNA? I've asked UX and EDNA for help, but neither knows what to say and suggests talking to you. The tokens show up in the explorer, but not in my Anchor wallet. Any suggestions?

For any custom token (like EDNA), you'll need to have it properly setup to track. This can be done in the Tools section of the app, in an area called "Manage Tracked Tokens". On UX we don't have any sort of token index built, so you'll need to add it as a custom token.

You'll need to know the token contract and token symbol (assuming EDNA). I don't know much about EDNA or know what these values are, but that's the section of the app you'd plug it into in order to track that balance.

Okay, I see my mistake. Thank you. I had done it, but I used the EOS contract address instead of the new UX (ednagenetics) one. Got that fixed. Sorry about that. Now how do I remove the wrong one?
